With his extensive international experience, Chef Barnes has brought a wealth of flair to MESH Members Club in the heart of Rosebank. The new menu features a selection of exquisite tapas created for pairing, crafted sushi, and showstopper desserts. Each dish is a masterpiece of culinary art, combining unique flavours and textures to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience. From the first bite to the last, guests will be transported on a culinary journey of flavours and sensations.
Chef Layton Barnes is excited to showcase his expertise in international cuisine, having worked in some of the top restaurants in the UK and as a Private Chef. He brings a fresh approach to the MESH kitchen, using only the finest and freshest ingredients to create innovative dishes that will tantalise the taste buds of even the most discerning palate.
The new menu offers a wide range of options for members to choose from; whether guests are in the mood for a light snack or a full-course meal, they will find something to suit their tastes.
