Singer Group adds Aquarius Luxury Suites to its portfolio

2 min read

The Singer Group has added another establishment to the portfolio of properties under its management. From May 2018, Singer Group took over management of Aquarius Luxury Suites, on the famous Blouberg promenade.

“Taking over this beachfront property made complete sense to us. It slips seamlessly into our current portfolio of properties and complements the other brands. Our solid track record in hotel management, supported by our experienced operations and marketing teams, has us perfectly positioned to take Aquarius to new heights,” said Brian Singer, CEO of the Singer Group.

Located within walking distance of the beaches of Bloubergstrand, with views of Table Mountain and Robben Island, the property opened its doors in October 2010. Aquarius has 58 fully equipped luxury serviced apartments, comprising one, two or three bedrooms with fine furnishings and finishing touches for the discerning guest.

The property offers luxury accommodation for holidaymakers and business travellers alike, from corporate executives who need long-stays for their teams, with full self-catering facilities, to leisure guests who prefer self-catering, and families who enjoy the residential-sized apartments.

It is also ideal for the kite-surfing visitor who prefers long-stays and self-catering, as well as a perfect stopgap for people in between moves, and a fantastic option for international guests who want to live like locals, with nearby beach access, and full self-catering.

“This beautiful property is in great condition, and we are open for business. Our aim now is to increase the occupancies and achieve higher revenues for the owners,” said Stuart Twine, General Manager of both the Aquarius Luxury Suites, and the Dolphin Beach Hotel, another property in the Singer Group portfolio.

The chic, elegant and spacious apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, residential sized bathrooms, DStv channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Aquarius facilities include a roof top swimming pool and viewing deck with endless, spectacular views, a gymnasium with sports massages and the De Vara Spa.

The property is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as several golf courses and kite-surfing options for the adventurous. It offers 66 undercover parking bays with 24-hour security and plenty of street parking is available.
