Representing Africa and the Middle East at the S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 Finals in Milan from 12-13 May, Chef Vusumuzi Ndlovu from the Marabi Club is set to showcase his creativity and culinary flair at the competition (click here for an interview with the chef on his preparations for the event). For the first time this year, foodies from around the world can interact with the competition – and you can show your support for our local chef!
Through Fine Dining Lovers, food lovers will get the chance to have their say and assign the “Fine Dining Lovers People’s Choice Award”: an award separate from the result of the Grand Jury’s vote, that will reward the favourite chef competing in the S. Pellegrino Young Chef Awards, voted by the digital foodie community.
