Offered daily at the Grande Provence tasting room, the Angels Tears ‘A Taste of Heaven’ pairs specially crafted nougat with the four wines in the Angels Tears range. Angels Tears wines are described as uncomplicated quality quaffers that are great value for money and perfect for everyday drinking. The matchings available at the tasting are:
- Lemon and Thyme nougat with the crisp Sauvignon Blanc
- Mango and Macadamia Nougat with the spicy and tropical Muscato Chenin Blanc
- Cherry and Raspberry Nougat with the strawberry flavours of Natural Sweet Rose
- Cranberry and Chocolate Nougat with the silky smooth tannins of the Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon
