BlackBrick Hotels has appointed Logan Naidoo as Regional General Manager. His first assignment will be the launch of BlackBrick Gardens in Cape Town, scheduled to open in October 2025.

Naidoo has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, both locally and internationally. A graduate of the International Hotel School in Cape Town and the AHLA – Hotel Revenue America Hotels and Lodging programme, he has also completed training in hotel revenue management and leadership development.

He spent nine years with The Capital Hotel Group, managing the opening and operations of several properties in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

BlackBrick Gardens will be located in Roodehek Street, Cape Town, and will reflect the brand’s focus on design-led spaces that combine accommodation, work and community facilities.

“Logan brings the kind of leadership that resonates with our ethos,” says Jonathan Liebmann, CEO and co-founder of BlackBrick. “He’s not afraid to be hands-on, and he understands that true hospitality is about connection. At BlackBrick Gardens, we’re not just launching another hotel – we’re building a platform for people to stay, work and belong. Logan gets that.”
