Ritual Cafe welcomes warmer weather with new menu

< 1 min

Ritual Cafe in Johannesburg’s leafy Linden suburb has added a selection of new dishes to its menu to make the most of the warmer weather.

“We have always focused on wholesome, delicious meals and have become known for offering dishes that take all dietary choices into consideration. We have placed new items on our menus to keep things fresh, while still being cognisant of both our vegan, vegetarian and meat-loving diners,” explains Julia Kunstler, Proprietor of Ritual Cafe.

Ritual Cafe’s menu still offers the favourites it is known for, including burgers, curries and fig ice-cream, but diners can now enjoy a new selection too furthers Kunstler.

Fresh options on the menu include Baby Marrow Carpaccio topped with capers, feta and basil, a Haloumi Burger, Brisket Prego, and a decadent Chocolate Ganache. In addition, weekly specials including seafood, soups and casseroles are presented to diners at Ritual Cafe.

“We have also expanded our offering and diners can pop in throughout the day for a fresh slice of Carrot Cake and a coffee, while on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, senior members of the Linden community are welcome to enjoy lunch at a discount of 20%,” concludes Kunstler.
