Cassilda Ntsane has just been announced as the newly appointed Head of Sales at The Regency Group, one of South Africa’s premier apartment style hotel chains. Cassilda is a highly accomplished Executive offering 20 years of demonstrated expertise in sales management. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a network of relationships to the group.

She brings with her extensive Senior Management and Government Liaison experience developed though mining key accounts through various customer contacts in Corporate, Travel Trade and the Public Sector respectively. Prior to joining The Regency Group, Cassilda was the Sales Manager (Regional Corporate and Africa) at Protea Hotels. She joined Protea Hotels as a Hotel Management intern in 1998 and worked her way up the corporate ladder simultaneously displaying her commitment and ambition.

Cassilda holds a Marketing Management Diploma (MMA) from Varsity College as well as Bachelor of Arts Degree from WITS University and a Hotel Management Course via WITS Hotel School. Cassilda is a skilled hiker and mountaineer having successfully summited Mount Kilimanjaro in 2014. She is a devoted single mother of 2 who loves reading and researching hospitality trends.
