21 Years and guests still love The Table Bay

< 1 min

After almost 21 years, The Table Bay hotel at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront continues to be recognised for its exceptional standard of service and facilities. Stacking up multiple awards over the years, The Table Bay has once again been rated highly by guests in the 2018 The Hotels.com™ Loved by Guests Awards. The Hotels.com™ Loved by Guests awards are based on genuine guest reviews and experiences. Only properties which receive a guest rating of more than 4 out of 5 are acknowledged in the awards programme.

Hotels.com is part of the Expedia Group, one of the world’s largest travel companies with an extensive brand portfolio that includes leading online travel brands, such as Expedia.com®, a leading full service online travel agency with localised sites in 31 countries, and Hotels.com®, the hotel specialist with localised sites in more than 60 countries, including South Africa.

“Receiving a Hotels.com™ Loved by Guests Award is a tremendous source of pride for The Palace, specifically because the award is based on feedback from our guests. There is no better validation of excellent service and facilities than a vote of confidence from someone who has stayed with us. We would like to thank all of our guests who took the time to complete reviews on Hotels.com.

“The award bears testimony to our employees’ commitment to service excellence, quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. It is a reflection of their contribution to the hotel. Our employees are at the heart of delivering the quintessential South African experience for which The Table Bay is revered the world over,” says The Table Bay’s General Manager, Joanne Selby.
