Tourvest Launches Real-Time Trip Alerts with Amadeus Hey! Integration

Tourvest has integrated Amadeus Hey! into its Travelit corporate travel platform, giving business travellers access to real-time trip alerts and updates directly on their devices.

The solution provides automated notifications including flight delays, gate changes, check-in reminders, and weather forecasts. It also allows for targeted service offers such as airport lounge access, transfers, and excursions.

“Every traveller has a smartphone and expects information at their fingertips,” said Morne du Preez, CEO of Tourvest Travel Services. “With Amadeus Hey! and Travelit, we put that information directly in our travellers’ hands – whether it’s a gate change or booking an activity when meetings finish early. This means fewer calls to service centres and more control for our customers.”

Amadeus Hey! works across mobile apps, email, and SMS, and supports bookings from any source, making it suitable for Travel Management Companies (TMCs) aiming to improve traveller communication and safety.

“Amadeus Hey! will help Tourvest stand out in the business travel market,” said Codjo Ulrich Zocli, Head of Customer Success for Amadeus Hey!. “By delivering timely, relevant information, Tourvest improves both operational efficiency and the traveller experience.”

Tourvest is one of Africa’s largest travel groups, operating across business and leisure sectors with more than 60 brands and a workforce of over 7 000.
