Ian’s career in hospitality began in 1993 at Protea Hotels, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. In 1999, he transitioned into the world of hotel technology by joining Ankerdata, where he quickly established himself as the go-to expert in hotel property management systems. His dedication and expertise have earned him a stellar reputation within the hospitality sector.
