Rose Scented Marbled Lollypops

< 1 min

These vibrant pink rose-scented lollypops take us straight back to childhood! They’re impressive to look at but simple to make, and an easy start to confectionery if you’ve never worked with sugar before.

Rose Scented Marble Lollypops

Makes 4 large pops

250ml white sugar
85ml cup water
5ml rose water
red food colouring

  • In a medium-sized pot, combine all the ingredients except the food colouring. Bring to a rapid boil and cook for 10 minutes or until a light caramel forms.
  • Remove from the heat and add a drop of food colouring. Swirl through until completely combined. Add another two drops but this time just lightly swirl until a marbled pattern forms.
  • Pour onto a silpad in small round puddles and attach a wooden stick. Allow to harden and peel away from the sheet.
