Tiaan Schultz will be joining the team at the Emperors Palace as its Food and Beverage Manager. Emperors Palace is part of the Peermont group and is based just outside of the OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Schultz has held a variety of senior management roles in prominent restaurant and hotel groups. These include the Spur Franchise Group, Planet Hollywood Cape Town, Beer Revolution and Emerald Resort & Casino.

Schultz will be responsible for planning and managing all food and beverage supply chain management for Emperors Palace, and will be responsible for the financial sustainability of the property’s catering facilities.
