NYCTP: Building culinary talent in South Africa
SA Chefs entered into a unique partnership with the National Department of Tourism in 2011 to launch the National Youth Chefs Training Programme (NYCTP), and since its inception 2,000 aspiring young chefs have completed the programme and 72% of those secured permanent employment.
