Capital Hotel School recently partnered with The Blue Train, one of South Africa’s most well-known tourism icons when two Second year Hospitality Management students were recently invited aboard the legendary Blue Train for a unique practical training experience.
As part of the So Chef! programme, French chef Pierre-Franck Salamon visited the Capital Hotel School to spend time with its students.
