New Certified Training Programme Aims to Strengthen Guest Service Standards

D&D Concierge Consulting has launched a certified training programme focused on enhancing guest relations and concierge services across the hospitality sector. The initiative aims to support hotels in delivering consistent, high-quality service across all guest touchpoints — from pre-arrival to check-out.

The consultancy was founded by Deon Prinsloo and Kagisho Ditira, who together bring over five decades of operational experience in hotel guest services. The new programme includes modules for entry-level staff, supervisory training, and practical skills in guest communication, emotional intelligence, and service delivery.

“Our mission is to empower individuals and teams by equipping them with the tools and mindset required to excel in hospitality and service industries,” says co-founder Deon Prinsloo. Kagisho Ditira adds, “We believe in the power of professional growth through hands-on training, inspiration, and shared expertise.”
