D&D Concierge Consulting has launched a certified training programme focused on enhancing guest relations and concierge services across the hospitality sector. The initiative aims to support hotels in delivering consistent, high-quality service across all guest touchpoints — from pre-arrival to check-out.
The consultancy was founded by Deon Prinsloo and Kagisho Ditira, who together bring over five decades of operational experience in hotel guest services. The new programme includes modules for entry-level staff, supervisory training, and practical skills in guest communication, emotional intelligence, and service delivery.
