We are delighted to announce the appointment of Claude Francois Ndala as the new Guest Relations Manager at the prestigious @Sandton Hotel, situated within the Acsiopolis precinct on Benmore Road in Sandton.

With a strong background in the hotel industry, Claude brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for hospitality to his new role. Having started his career at the Inter-Continental Hotel in Kinshasa and subsequently working at renowned establishments such as the Inter-Continental Hotel in Gabon, Beverly Hills Hotel in Umhlanga, The Oyster Box Hotel, Zimbali Fairmont Resort in Ballito, President Hotel in Bantry Bay, and Capital Hotel Group, Claude has honed his skills in creating memorable experiences for guests.

In recognition of his exceptional service, Claude was honoured as a member of Britain’s Golden Keys Society in 2008, among the first four members of the Golden Keys in South Africa. His dedication to customer satisfaction and his entrepreneurial spirit have led him to consistently increase hotel revenue and transform establishments into a home away from home for guests.

Claude is thrilled to join the iconic @Sandton-Hotel, located in the heart of Sandton which opened in March 2022. He firmly believes in the untapped potential that @Sandton-Hotel has to offer, not only to the city but to the entire country. With his ambition, business acumen, and outstanding interpersonal skills, Claude is committed to taking @Sandton-Hotel to new heights.

Equipped with a degree in arts and a business program from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Claude is a natural leader and problem-solver. He possesses remarkable persuasion skills and the ability to go the extra mile to fulfil guests’ requests. As a motivational speaker on leadership, Claude’s dedication to growth and excellence is evident in everything he does.
