Salt is harvested, mined and processed in a variety of different ways across the globe, and now Cerebos has released a range of salts that showcase this variety. This artisanal range of salts includes Mediterranean Sea Salt Flakes, naturally flaky salt hand-gathered from the Mediterranean Sea; Namibian Sea Salt Pearls, which are balls of salt that have been naturally formed by the wind on the edge of the Namibian sea; Atlantic Fleur de Sel, natural crystals which have been handswept from the West African Atlantic Coast; Atacama Desert Salt, extracted from the sea under the Atacama Desert in Chile; and Kalahari Desert Salt, both coarse and fine, from the Makgadikgadi salt pan.
