BBQ Tenderstrips with Marinated Olives, Feta and Sundried Tomato Pitas served with Tzatziki

Cooking/setting time | 4-5 minutes

6 Mini Pita Pockets, sliced open
6 Chicken Tender Strips
100ml BBQ Sauce
Rocket for garnish
Marinated olives, feta and sundried tomatoes as needed

  • Deep fry the tender strips for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked
  • Slice each tender strip into 3 slices
  • Dip each slice into the warm bbq sauce to coat each slice
  • Slice open each pita pocket
  • Add a little rocket
  • Add marinated olives, feta and sundried tomatoes into the pita
  • Add 3 x strips of bbq tender strip to the pita
  • Serve with homemade tzatziki
