Mike Jameson
General Manager
Destiny Hotel & Convention Centre by BON Hotels
Mike Jameson has been appointed General Manager at Destiny Hotel & Convention Centre by BON Hotels – an old-school general manager, Mike believes that the customer comes first, and goes out of his way to ensure that his guest’s every need is taken care of. After completing a post graduate course in management, Mike went on to acquire a BA in Psychology and Law, and then, quite fortuitously, the hospitality bug bit. Mike’s career has seen him move rapidly through the ranks – his management style and attention to detail being key to his success in the industry.
Janneman Britz
General Manager BON Hotel Stratton Asokoro
Regional Manager, BON Hotel International West Africa
Janneman Britz has been appointed General Manager at BON Hotel Stratton Asokoro and Regional Manager for BON Hotel International West Africa. From humble beginnings as a ‘Jack of all trades’ at a hotel in Johannesburg where he started as a receptionist fresh out of a Wits Hospitality Management course, Janneman’s career in hospitality has taken him to all corners of the globe – South Africa, Nigeria, USA and Mozambique – where he has enjoyed great success, even landing an award or two. Janneman’s dedication and passion for the industry and his willingness to learn as much as possible has earned him a rewarding career.
Pamela Jonah
Sales and Marketing Executive, BON Hotel Elvis, Wuse 2, Abuja
National Sales Manager, BON Hotel International West Africa
Pamela Jonah has been appointed Sales and Marketing Executive for BON Hotel Elvis, Wuse 2, Abuja and National Sales Manager for BON Hotel International West Africa, overseeing market growth, market penetration and development of the brand in the region. After completing matric she went on to achieve a diploma in Marketing, a BSC in Biochemistry and Anatomy as well as an MBA in Public Health and Relationships – destined, however, not to be stuck in a laboratory, her outgoing, enthusiastic nature saw her move from a call centre into a sales position at a top hotel chain where her future was to lie. Pam is a team player, ever up for a challenge and dedicated to her job, and her wealth of experience in the hospitality space coupled with a creative and innovative approach to sales has been key to her success in the industry.
