The gin Is made in a 300 year old copper potstill, with botanicals that you’ll only find on the Western Cape Coast together with juniper, coriander, citrus, and angelica root. On the nose you’ll find a citrus-forward freshness, and on the palate highlights of naartjie, lemon, rich florals and peppery spices. The finish is long, smooth and ends in a slight minerality.
