We love the look of Gabrielskloof Estate’s new breakfast trilogy – the wine estate in the Overberg has given three breakfast favourites a fresh twist. Breakfast, for R150, will start with fresh veggie or fruit juice, or a cappuccino, followed by a pot of set Greek yoghurt, with berries, honey roasted nuts and minted grapefruit and orange. Next up is a poached egg served on a mini roosterkoek with a dollop of bobotie, and last up is mini French toast, made from banana and poppy seed bread and topped with mascarpone, salted caramel and fresh berries.
